What Are Community Inclusion Services?
Community Inclusion Services help individuals participate in community life, build social connections, increase independence, and explore personal interests. These services are person-centered and based on each individual's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
Our services — guided by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities — support individuals in exploring their communities, developing life skills, and living meaningful, self-directed lives.
